  10. During the second rising, preheat grill to high heat.
  11. roll one ball of dough out into a thin circle.
  12. Lightly oil grill.
  13. brush with garlic butter
  14. Place dough on grill, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until puffy and lightly browned.
  15. turn over and brush with garlic butter
  16. cook until browned, another 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from grill,
  17. and continue the process until all the naan has been prepared.
  18. makes about 14 naans

I fell in love with Naan bread while in India, Thanks!

Wonderful, I don't have to buy it at the grocery store anymore, this looks better anyway. '5'

I took an Indian cooking class and our teacher inspired me to try many new flavors and dishes, which we love. But naan...I love it with everything! Thanks for the recipe.

This is my favorite bread to eat with korma.

Yeah so much nicer when you make your own too enjoy the naan and your curry!

I've got to give this Naan Bread recipe the HIGH 5 it deserves. Cheers!!!

Homemade bread is almost always better than what you get served. I've never seen it with sugar and egg, but they should be delicious. Must. Try. Soon.

Thanks for your friendly comment on the leftover chicken etc., which would probably be good served with naan.
