How to make it

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, sauté garlic in 1 Tbsp butter until tender. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, pepper and remaining butter. Cook and stir over low heat just until smooth (do not boil). Remove from heat.
  • Drain spaghetti; toss with cream sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

We're in the middle of making this now! The sauce is fantastic. We used fettuccine noodles instead of the spaghetti. We also doubled the ingredients of the sauce and utilized 1/2c chardonnay in place of 2tbs of the 4tbs of milk. I think next time I'm going to try adding mushrooms and scallops. The flavors blend well. :)

This is sure to become a favorite, and I'm looking forward to experimenting further! Thanks for the recipe.

Hey, loved your Creamy Noodles. I made them yesterday and they were a hit. I like it better than the "al fredo" type recipes. It is high on flavor and may be a little more healthful.
