Ingredients

How to make it

  • Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in saucepan until beef is browned
  • Add chili powder,oregano, cinnamon, and cocoa and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer
  • Stir in tomatoes, beans and honey
  • Heat to boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes
  • Uncover and simmer another 15 minutes or so
  • Serve in bowls over warm macaroni
  • Garnish with scallions, cheese and olives

    I know what it is really called. Goulisicious....... ;-)~ Surely sounds like Greek comfort food to me. Maybe Helene (GreekGirl) will know......;-)~ Great recipe. Saving this..... Jim
