    I dug out the recipe again, as my garden is abounding with cukes! Everyone is demanding a jar or two! So easy and soooo good. Can hardly wait a week to try again. Third and returning season!

    This is my second season of making these and we look so forward to eating these every year. seems I can't fill enough jars as they get eaten like candy. great recipe.

    This recipe is perfect for me because I like crisp pickles. My boys want "jiggly" pickles. So I am still in search for the simplest recipe for a softer pickle. Thanks

    great recipe for peppers, too. I use one or two hungarian hot peppers, the rest sweet yellow banana peppers, a few slices of onion & garlic. They are deeeelishhhhh!

    I just noticed that some of my cucumbers were getting big enough to make pickles, but didn't want to go to all of the trouble of the usual canning process....this will work just great, thanks.

    Oh yes, this sounds like something I could do, lol. My Mother made homemade pickles all the time and I never did get the knack for canning and stuff. I am definitely trying these though!
