If you want scarves use red pimento or bell peppers sliced thin. They are so cute. Any other ideas...I have another party coming up and have used the penguins already.

The first time I ever saw something like this was in Little America, WY ages ago. They were made with hard cooked eggs instead of the cream cheese and served on top of a Chef's Salad. I was just a kid but this is what sparked my love of cooking. Thanks for a great post and bringing back a wonderful memory. I'll be making these for my grandkids.

I'm not sure I have the patience to do this, but it would be a real fun treat while watching one of the penguin movies that the kids love.
