I will save this for future ideas. I have one who is anaphylactic with tree nuts and peanuts. We allow the others to use peanut butter, but in supervised and controlled ways. I have to pass up so many recipes unless I want to bake more than one dessert.

Another great post thanks

Love it!! Added to the peanut butter buddies group....and Little Rascals Favorites!!

How about a sandwich made of peanut butter, miracle whip and sliced dill pickles. -

Peanut butter, miracle whip and banana slices on a sandwich.

Peanut butter, miracle whip and sliced tomatoe on a sandwich.

Tried and true, all very good.

We didn't have a lot of money growing up, so when we'd run out of jelly for sandwiches, Mom got creative. A couple of her ideas:

Mix together PB and maple syrup. Good on sandwiches or celery.

She also did PB and chocolate syrup. I remember her doing this the first time and being afraid that the kids would make fun of us for being poor and not having jelly. When we got to school, the kids said, "Awesome! Your mom put CHOCOLATE on your sandwich! Can I trade?" I never worried about it again.

Dad also did PB, pickles, and mayo (as Henrie suggested - except he hated salad dressing, hence the mayo). I could never stomach the mayo, but PB and pickle was good, too.

Oh - and one more! We have been having fun with smores while we're camping.

Add PB to your smores! Or even better, use your toasted mallow, PB, and Nutella for a 'gourmet' smore - that's my sisters and my favorite.
