Ingredients

1 pound tri colored spriral pasta

5 hard boiled eggs

2 medium carrots shredded

1 large green pepper, diced

1 bunch green onions, chopped

3 stalks celery, chopped

1 envelope Good Season's Italian Salad Dressing mix

1 quart mayonnaise

Directions

Cook pasta per package

Boil eggs and cool

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

Refrigerate 3 to 8 hours

I will say though that without the celery, this is the absolute best mac salad in the world!!
