Ingredients

How to make it

  • Dip chicken in egg and 1/2 C milk mixture, then toss with bread crumbs, coating well. (Use a slotted spoon, easy to coat the small pieces)
  • Brown in canola until golden brown.
  • Place chicken in a greased baking dish, toss cheese and ham over the cooked chicken.
  • Mix soup with 1 cup of milk, dry mustard, dill and sour cream. Pour over all.
  • Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, until bubbly.
  • No additional bread crumbs on top unless you like, as the chicken will already have the breading on it.
  • Yum...

    I made this last night, very good! I cooked it for 35 mins covered and another 10 uncovered (the directions did not say to either cover it or uncover it..)

    I made this last night! It rocks. I used Italian parmesan crushed croutons for breading instead of panko. It worked out really well. Also, anyone out there using fresh dill, reduce the amount. I will definently be doing this one again. I might use thin sliced prusciutto instead of cubes ham though...I also added a few more Italian chess to the mix, but kept the Swiss as primary. Thanks for posting this!

    I made this tonight for friends, what a hit! It was gone by the end of the dinner - many seconds were had! The mustard and dill were the perfect ingredient! I also added fresh sliced mushrooms to the mix. Thanks a bunch!
