This is a requested dip recipe from my husband when he needs a snack. Great with assorted crackers!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound braunschweiger
  • 1-8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. I use my mixer.
  3. Store in refrigerator.
  4. Optional: Sprinkle with minced parsley.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers.
