You mix this and put in refrigerator overnight.

Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
- 5 slices bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cube 2 slices bread and place in bottom of greased casserole.
- Mix meat, celery, onion and mayonnaise.
- Spread over bread cubes.
- Put remaining 3 slices cubed bread on top.
- Beat eggs, add milk and salt.
- Pour over bread.
- Add can mushroom soup, undiluted.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 houts.
- Add grated cheese and bake 15 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
- Serves 8 or 9.
