- Easy n Wonderful pineapple UPSIDE DOWN cake shopping list
- 1 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 can ring pineapple, 20 ounce shopping list
- 1 can crushed pineapple, 20 ounce shopping list
- maraschino cherries shopping list
- 1/2 cup ground pecans shopping list
- 2/3 cup butter (I use no trans-fat margarine) shopping list
- 1 boxed yellow cake mix shopping list
- Melt the butter and blend with the brown sugar, smooth into the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish, lightly sprayed with pam. shopping list
- Arrange pineapple rings onto bottom of pan. shopping list
- Place a cherry in the center of the ring. shopping list
- Sprinkle with the pecans. Smooth the crushed pineapple over all. shopping list
- Make cake according to box. shopping list
- Spread batter over pineapple mixture. shopping list
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes. shopping list
- Oven temperatures vary. shopping list
- Use toothpick test. shopping list
- When done immediately invert onto plate. shopping list
- (If desired)Serve with whipped cream. shopping list
- If it looks like it's browning too much, lower temperature to 325 degrees. shopping list
