Marriage / All my dishes 2 years, 5 months ago
This dish actually came from my mother in-law from an old chinese cookbook ( which she won't let me have, can you believe) It is one of my husband's favorites and my boys plow through too.

I make this quite a bit, but with pre cut stir fry meat- yes, the lazy way.
I was thinking that maybe you could get the name of the book and then either buy it yourself or check it out at the library.
PS I see you also like a lot of garlic, very good.

Hmm... I'd like to try this, but I cannot use wine. I'll have to figure that out. Grape juice with a little lemon or white vinegar?

Lookiing forward to trying this one--thanks! Try Amazon.com for a copy of that cookbook. They have tons of books that are second hand and very cheap.
