Tinks -chili -cheese- Balls

THIS IS A DELICIOUS LITTLE APPETIZER THAT I TWEAKED A FEW INGREDIENTS ...FOR MY TASTE....... THAT I LIKED WITH THIS CHEESE BALL ...IT IS GREAT FOR PARTIES.OR ANYTIME ........
Ingredients
- 1/2 clove garlic shopping list
- 4 -ounces cheddar cheese shopping list
- 4 - ounces pepper jack cheese shopping list
- 4- ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup chili powder shopping list
- 1- tablespoon chopped green chiles drained well shopping list
How to make it
- Mince garlic in food processor
- cut cheeses into chunks add to food processor
- pulse until cheeses are grated
- then process constantly until creamy, add green chiles and mix well
- shape into marble sized balls and roll in chili powder
- chill until serving time
- yields approx 15 balls
