Ingredients

How to make it

  • Before mixing ingredients, place pecans in a 11x8-inch shallow baking dish. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix all cheeses, onion powder, garlic powder, mayo and worchestershire sauce together, thoroughly by hand.
  • Divide mixture into 4 portions. Taking each portion and shaping into a log forms about 6-inches long. Then roll log into the pecans. Work into the pecans covering all areas, the log will be roughly 8-inches or longer when totally covered.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. Serve with Ritz style crackers.
  • Can store nicely for a week before serving.

Sounds great and what a good idea making it into a log to get the nuts in every bite! Saved and will make next time we have a get-together, thanks!

This was very good! I made it as written except I used fresh garlic (1 clove-minced) and 4 scallions (chopped) instead of onion powder...this goes great with crackers and apples! Hope you like my photo!
