Lovely lower fat Cheese Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

- 1 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained well shopping list
- 1/3 cup low fat milk shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup low fat Shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 (9 inch) frozen prepared pie shell shopping list
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER low fat Real bacon bits (optional) shopping list
- seasonings (optional) shopping list
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ shopping list
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. shopping list
- Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. shopping list
- Add mushrooms and onion; cook 5 min. or until tender. shopping list
- Stir in spinach; mix well. shopping list
- Add seasoning, (if needed) shopping list
- Mix milk and eggs until well blended. shopping list
- Add spinach mixture and cheese. shopping list
- Pour into pie shell; sprinkle with bacon bits. shopping list
- Bake 50 min. or until set and golden. shopping list
