How to make it

  • Let the cream cheese soften to room temperature.
  • Mix all ingredients in a medium mixiing bowl
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Serve with crackers or bread of choice

    I made this today and it was PERFECT! I love the way the green onion, dijon mustard and red peppers taste together. I made a mistake and used jarred roasted red peppers instead of fresh. I used imitation lobster instead of crab and I baked it at 350* for 20 minutes. I served it on homemade italian bread. I'll be making this often! Thanks Dugger! I added my photo!

    Aha...I have the sweet peppers in the frig now. Will be on the table for New Year's. Sis requests this again after last year's trial version. I use whole grain dijon and it suits it well.

    Ok, 5000 views and little comment. Means folks have not tried it. Since we first made this and took it to a gathering it has become a constant request. "Please make the Crab Spread". That is good because it is EASY!

    Got this from a magazine. Took out a few ingredients I don't like. Added a few I do like. But it is pretty close to the original so I won't take credit for it. Enjoy if you like shellfish. Replace them if you don't. But it is a great appetizer.
