This is a really great horsd'oevre spread. Creamy smooth and different. Serve with crackers, cocktail pumpernickel or cocktail rye bread. Got it from a magazine and then modified it to our taste. You can do the same.

Got this from a magazine. Took out a few ingredients I don't like. Added a few I do like. But it is pretty close to the original so I won't take credit for it. Enjoy if you like shellfish. Replace them if you don't. But it is a great appetizer.
