Family Favorite Blackberry Cobbler

- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup self-rising flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 3/4 stick butter, melted shopping list
- 2 cups frozen blackberries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Whisk sugar, flour, and milk until blended. Don’t beat
- Add butter.
- Pour batter into lightly greased baking dish or skillet. (I use Baker’s Joy.)
- Sprinkle berries on top of batter mixture, then sprinkle remaining sugar on top of berries.
- Bake for 45minutes – 1 hour or until top is light golden brown and cobbler is bubbly.
- Serve warm with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream! Yumm! Enjoy!
- These are great for all of us buttery fruity buttery cobblery lovers! Easy, too!

This is the kind of blackberry cobbler I grew up with - and I love it! Put one in the oven and I'll drive over with the French Vanilla Ice Cream. Yummm!
