Family Favorite Blackberry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup self-rising flour

1 cup milk

3/4 stick butter, melted

2 cups frozen blackberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Whisk sugar, flour, and milk until blended. Don’t beat

Add butter.

Pour batter into lightly greased baking dish or skillet. (I use Baker’s Joy.)

Sprinkle berries on top of batter mixture, then sprinkle remaining sugar on top of berries.

Bake for 45minutes – 1 hour or until top is light golden brown and cobbler is bubbly.

Serve warm with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream! Yumm! Enjoy!

These are great for all of us buttery fruity buttery cobblery lovers! Easy, too!

Thanks..i have a black berry batch across the street, me,the bees,birds,squirrels. get our berries there. my neighbor..shot a snake in there last sommer,i wear boots now,used to pick in my flip flops...we use the same recipe
