Fruity Slush Punch

This slushy punch is awesome! The recipe makes enough for two punch bowls and one half of the recipe can stay frozen till you want to use it. I also scoop out what I want for a single drink. Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. white sugar shopping list
- 6 c. water shopping list
- 2 (3oz.) pkgs strawberry flavored gelatin mix shopping list
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice shopping list
- 2/3 c. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 quart orange juice (I prefer pulpfree) shopping list
- 2 (2 liter) bottles lemon-lime flavored carbonated soda shopping list
- 2 c. vodka (I use Skky Lemon vodka) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar, water, and strawberry flavored gelatin. Boil for 3 minutes. Stir in pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Divide mixture in half, and freeze in 2 seperate containers. I use two gallon sized ziploc bags and set them on cookie sheets in the freezer until frozen. Then I remove the sheets.
- When ready to serve, place the frozen contents of one container in a punch bowl, and stir in 1 bottle of lemon-lime soda and 1 c. lemon vodka until slushy. Enjoy : D !
