Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. white sugar
- 6 c. water
- 2 (3oz.) pkgs strawberry flavored gelatin mix
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- 2/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 quart orange juice (I prefer pulpfree)
- 2 (2 liter) bottles lemon-lime flavored carbonated soda
- 2 c. vodka (I use Skky Lemon Vodka)
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar, water, and strawberry flavored gelatin. Boil for 3 minutes. Stir in pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Divide mixture in half, and freeze in 2 seperate containers. I use two gallon sized ziploc bags and set them on cookie sheets in the freezer until frozen. Then I remove the sheets.
- When ready to serve, place the frozen contents of one container in a punch bowl, and stir in 1 bottle of lemon-lime soda and 1 c. lemon vodka until slushy. Enjoy : D !

I LOVE the flavor of this punch. I keep some in the freezer almost always in the summer because I make single servings when it is warm out. The flavor is great and the color is pretty.
