Sour Cream N Onion Burgers

If you love sour cream n onion dip, then you'll really love a sour cream n onion bruger!! mmmmmm good...Serve on a grilled onion roll with tomato and lettuce.
Ingredients
- 2 T chopped onion, sauteed shopping list
- 2 lbs ground sirloin shopping list
- half packet onion soup mix shopping list
- 6 T worcestershire shopping list
- 4 T parmesan shopping list
- 1/4 c sour cream shopping list
- 2 t chives shopping list
- 1/4 - 1/2 c italian or panko bread crumbs shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Saute 2 T chopped onion in butter or olive oil
- Drain on paper towel
- Mix together sourcream, chives, parmesan, worcestershire, and soup mix
- Add onions to mixture
- Mix toghter well sirloin and sour cream mixture by hand
- Add in bread crumbs to consistency for burgers (til patties hold shape)
- Shape into 4 large patties and grill (or broil) about 8 minutes each side.
- Turn only once, and do not mash while cooking.
