Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup Hershey's® cocoa shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter ; melted shopping list
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 24 ounces cream cheese ; softened shopping list
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 300 degrees.
- Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa and melted butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 9" springform pan.
- In heavy saucepan, over very low heat, melt chips, stirring constantly.
- In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add melted chips and remaining ingredients, mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool; chill.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
