~Hello~
"5"FORK!!!!! Prime Rib ~
How my Family Loves their 'P.Rib'~
The marinade is one of the Best I have seen
in a long time ~ I think it is not only
the combination of ingredients, but
the 'Liquid Smoke' that is the 'Secret' of it's Goodness ~
I am so Happy you shared ~ (^_^) ~
~~~~~~~~~~ MERRY CHRISTMAS ~~~~~~~~~~
This is a great recipe. I have also cooked it on my Barbeque, yes even in winter I just roll the Q up to the patio doors and let her buck. If you are doing the BBQ method I have it on high to sear the meat and watch it really closley while I'm doing that. Once seared turn half of the barbeque off have the roast on that side and cook with indirect heat. This makes for the juiciest roasts and chickens you can imagine.
PRIME RIB - A VERY TRICKY THING TO COOK - I TRIED IT ONCE IT CAME OUT OKAY BUT YOU REALLY NEED A MEAT THERMOMETER - AT LEAST UNTIL YOU GET THE HANG OF IT - LEEBEAR
