How to make it

  • BAKING
  • Oven temperature is medium, if it´s too hot it will make cheesecake dry, and change texture.
  • Cheesecake finishes baking outside, you should take it out when it finishes the time stablished in the recipe, if you believe it´s underdone, leave it in the oven after turning it off.
  • Cheesecake molds are high, apply pam so you can release it from it easier.
  • If you are baking many cakes at the same time, put a mold in the oven with some water, so that cheesecakes bake with humidity
  • I hope that this simple rules that I learned today will help you

    Very useful instructions!

    I do always wrap the springform pan in foil and set it in a water bath when baking.....no cracks!

    HI, thanks for the insight, hope you try my cheese cake recipe it is quite good. After you have refrigerated the cake overnight, put a slice on a paper plate and microwave it for about 20-30 seconds depending on the wattage of your microwave. It will make it warm and change the consistency back to what it was like when first baked and after resting for a couple of hours at room temperature. Refrigerating changes all cheese cake textures and nuking cold cheese cake is just a great thing to do. Best, JJ.
