Bacon Monkey Bread Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Combine 1st 3 ingredients and set aside
  • Cut biscuits into fourths
  • Dip each into butter
  • Layer 1/3 into a greased 10 in. bundt pan
  • Sprinkle 1/2 bacon mixture over biscuits
  • Repeat ending with biscuits
  • Bake 40 minutes

    We made this tonight. My son doesn't like it. This could be possibly due to torturing me. I thought it was pretty good. I think that if I make it again, I would add more Parmesan because it seemed to kind of get lost. I ended up using a bit more butter then was called for too. I think that was because the butter was solidifying the longer it cooled 'cuz I was taking my sweet time with the biscuits.
