Beef Enchilada Suizas with Green Chile Sauce

- 1 Large chuck roast Cut and Cubed Like stew meat shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons of cumin shopping list
- salt & pepper to Taste shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon of oregano shopping list
- 1 can of tomatoe Sauce and Then Fill Can with water shopping list
- Green Chile Sauce: shopping list
- 2 Cans of Whole roasted Chiles shopping list
- Half lemon Squeezed shopping list
- 1 Large Bell pepper shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons of sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of Half and Half Cream shopping list
- 1/4 Cup of Chopped cilantro shopping list
- salt & pepper to Taste shopping list
- Directions: shopping list
- Blend All in Blender Set Aside shopping list
- 1 Pkg. of flour tortillas (Large Taco Size) shopping list
- 1 Large Pkg. of 4 mexican cheese shopping list
- 1 Tub of Chopped Red, Green & yellow bell peppers shopping list
- (Pan Saute the peppers in 1 Tsp. butter) shopping list
How to make it
- Direction:
- Combine Stew Meat, Cumin, Salt & Pepper, Garlic Powder, Oregano,
- Tomatoe Sauce and Can of Water All in Large Pot with Lid and Cook On Stove Top for 1 1/2 Hours or Until the Meat Starts to Shred
- Let Stand and Cool When Done and Then Shred.
- Green Chile Sauce:
- 2 Cans of Whole Roasted Chiles
- Half Lemon Squeezed
- 1 Large Bell Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup of Half and Half Cream
- 1/4 Cup of Chopped Cilantro
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Directions:
- Blend All in Blender Set Aside
- 1 Pkg. of Flour Tortillas (Large Taco Size)
- 1 Large Pkg. of 4 Mexican Cheese
- 1 Tub of Chopped Red, Green & Yellow Bell Peppers
- (Pan Saute the Peppers in 1 Tsp. Butter)
- Direction:
- Oil A 13 x 9 Cake Pan
- Spoon Meat in A Row Length Wise in Tortilla
- the Roll Up and Lay In Pan Sise By Side Long Ways
- Then Pour Green Chile Sauce Over The Top, Add Cheese Across
- The Top of That...Then Pour Peppers Across the Cheese in A Line
- Bake 450...about 15 Minutes
- Until Cheese is Melted...Then It's Done and Ready to Eat

I have a question are you Irish I thought so since your name thing. I haven't trie that much Irish food actually I haven't tried any but seeing your posts if they are Irish makes me want to. Looks really SUPER good can't wait to make this.
