- 1 BOX chocolate cake mix(18 OZ.) shopping list
- 1 20 OZ CAN crushed pineapple(UNDRAINED) shopping list
- 1/2 CUP raisins shopping list
- 1 TUB OF cream cheese frosting shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
- PLACE RAISINS IN SMALL SAUCE PAN ADD WATER - JUST ENOUGH TO COVER RAISINS - HEAT FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT JUST ENOUGH TO SOFTEN-LET COOL FOR ABOUT FIVE MINUTES.
- IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE CAKE MIX - UNDRAINED CRUSHED PINEAPPLE - ALSO ADD RAISINS WITH LIQUID(RAISIN JUICE)
- MIX ALL TOGETHER(MIXTURE SHOULD BE THICK AND VERY MOIST)
- POUR INTO GREASED 9x13 BAKING PAN - SPREAD OUT EVENLY!
- BAKE FOR ABOUT 35 MINUTES
- TEST WITH TOOTHPICK IN CENTER - SHOULD COME OUT CLEAN
- LET COOL ON COUNTER FOR ABOUT AN HOUR
- FROST WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- I ALWAYS REFRIDGERATE MY CAKES - THEY JUST STAY FRESHER LONGER!
- DIG IN!
