This is a healthy version of your normal french fries you can have with your hamburger or bbq. You can bake this in the oven or wrap it in foil and put it on the bbq to cook.

Oh, soooo good. Way better than regular fries. So very flavorful! I've been craving them every day now.

This is great

I love these, make them all the time!

I try and make them as often as I can. They have a nice sweet taste with a bit of salty and spicy bite depending on how much Cayenne Pepper I use

I love sweet potato fries. Haven't had them in years. Thanks for the memory, back on my to do list. Nice post.

Have to try this one

Have to try this recipe love the salty sweet mix

I love sweet potato fries. I usually serve mine with a horseradish sauce for dipping, homemade, or store bought.(It's not hot or too spicy, you control that) Let me know if you want the homemade version.
I am making some now!

Ok Jess, and any other Sweet Potato Fries Fans. Homemade Horseradish dipping sauce. Mayo, prepared Horseradish, dash of worcestershire sauce, dash Crazy Janes Salt, some pepper. Add in more garlic/onion if you need to. Make to your taste/consistency, I like mine thick. Easy out..Ready made Horseradish sauce..next to mayo.

This sounds great. I love sweet potato fries. Thanks for the recipe.

I made these yesterday, but didn't have any Cayenne Pepper, so I used cinnamon instead. I loved it! It smelled sooo good while it was cooking too.
