It feels a little strange, using flour for a potato salad sauce, but it reads also very intriguing - i shall try it next time i make potato salad - in about two weeks. looking forward tomy guest's comments and shall report. thank you for sharing this unusual recipe - i thought i'd seen them all - after all, i DO live here and we germans eat a lot of potato salad :-)
