How to make it

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta. When the pasta is completely submerged in the water and comes back to the boil, set your timer for 11 minutes. Check the pasta after 11 minutes to see if it is done. It might need that last minute.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat a large pan over medium heat and add olive oil. When warm, add garlic and pepperoncini. Do not let the garlic brown, it will get bitter.
  • Add the pasta to the sauce with some salt and pepper.
  • Enjoy
