This is a yummy, quick weeknight dinner. We loved the moistness and flavor-bursting chicken. I served it with Green Giants Asian Blend Steamer veggies. It was such a great meal!

I couldn't resist making this for dinner tonight, and it was a GREAT choice! I used fresh garlic with the butter dipping ingredients, and used crushed garlic and cheese croutons for the bread crumbs...the flavor was just right - not too much garlic or cheese, but you knew it was in there. Next time (there will definitely be a next time!) we will try it as Chicken Parmesan, serving it over pasta and pasta sauce. Great recipe - a keeper, and very easy to prepare (our rather thick chicken breasts were done to perfection at 35 minutes). I posted pictures, but please remove if you have some of your own you want to post at some point. Thank you!
