How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 9 inch pie plate, spread the hash browns and drizzle with the melted butter. Bake for about 30 minutes. (Alternately - saute in a skillet until golden brown)
  • Lower heat in oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle ham, cheese and broccoli over the potatoes.
  • Combine the eggs and milk. Pour over the filling. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until set in middle.
