Baja Chipolte Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds of ground chuck or whatever kind of hamburger that you like.

2-3 TBSPS. of Lawrys Baja chipolte marinade.

1/2 cup of onions (red,yellow or white whichever you like best) diced fine.

1 TBSP. of diced pickled jalapeno's

1/2 to 1 TSP. Cumin.

1 TSP. coarse ground back pepper.

1 TSP. white pepper.

4 slices of pepper jack or any cheese you like.

sliced onions,bread and butter slices,fried onions,

4 ciabatta buns or any kind you like

(Condiments) Jalapeno mustard,Mayo,regular mustard,ketchup or any of your favorites even some of the Baja chipolte marinade works really well.

Directions

In a large bowl mix all ingredients throughly except cheese,condiments and of course buns

put them on a grill or in a frying pan and cook until done to your likeness. Last minute or two add cheese.

Put your favorite condiments on the bun.

serve with jalapeno chips,potato salad or baked beans and simply enjoy.
