How to make it

  • Trim fat from pork roast then cut roast in half horizontally across the center.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients then place roast in plastic bag and pour marinade over.
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes then preheat broiler and place meat 7” from heat and broil 30 minutes.
  • Turn roast and baste every 10 minutes then discard unused marinade.

    This had so much flavor!! I have a bunch of key limes from my lime tree to use up and this was perfect!!! I didn't have but about 1 1/2 Tbs of ginger but it still tasted great!!! The garlic really comes through in this. I left out the red pepper flakes so my daughter who is wimpy to any kind of spiciness would eat it. Thanks so much for helping me use up my millions of limes!!! ;-)
