From mommyluvs2cook 15 years agoIngredients
- 2 Pounds fresh salmon fillet, skin on shopping list
- 1 cup light cream shopping list
- 2 tbs. mayo shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed shopping list
- lemons shopping list
- Seasonings: shopping list
- 2 tbs peppercorn melody shopping list
- 1 tsp. coriander seed shopping list
- 1 tsp. dill seed shopping list
- 2 tsp. kosher salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat grill
- Soak fish in cream for 30 minutes. Meanwhile place all the seasonings (only the seasonings under seasoning category) in a plastic bag and pound them with a mallet to crack them open. Remove fish from cream. Spread mayo on both sides of the fish. On the skin side season with salt and pepper. On the flesh side sprinkle with the dill weed and rub the crushed seasoning into the flesh. All the flesh should be covered with mayo and seasonings generously.
- Grill fish first seasoned side down 5-7 minutes, then 5-7 minutes on other side. Fish is done when it flakes with a fork. Remove and squeeze desired amount of lemon juice on it....and enjoy!
