Ingredients

Crust:

1/2 Cup tomato sauce

1/2 Cup bread crumbs

1/4 Cup onion - chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1lb ground beef

1/4 cup green pepper - chopped

1/8 tsp oregano

--------------------------------------------

Filling

1 1/3 Cup pre cooked rice

1 Cup water

1/2 tsp salt

12 oz tomato sauce

1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Crust

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pat mixture into a 9 inch pie pan in the shape of a pie crust, flute edges.

Filling

Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese.

spoon mixture into meat shell

cover with foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes

remove cover; sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake 10-15 minutes longer

Never "drove" a train but an RV yes. I'm always surprised when drivers cut us off -- don't they realize that RVs (and semi trucks) also, don't stop on a dime.

Going uphill is another peeve -- hate when they make me loose my momentum and then I have to slowly build up speed again.

Oh bitch, bitch, bitch, sometimes I wish the RV weighed 240 tons. I'm so evil.
