I was looking in the paper today…what? Yes I can read, thank you very much! They had an article about BNSF taking a locomotive around to various towns to educate people that they should stop for trains. A couple of days ago they had a pedestrian hit by a train. Read more The TV news showed "rescue" workers searching a very long stretch of the tracks. Now to me if someone has not figured out by now that a 240 ton (480,000lb) locomotive will win in a collision and they don’t exactly stop on a dime. Then it is a bit late. Just how are you going to educate someone like that? As far as pedestrian vs. train? Larry the Cable Guy even has the answer to that one. Ingredients
- Crust: shopping list
- 1/2 Cup tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/2 Cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 Cup onion - chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1lb ground beef shopping list
- 1/4 cup green pepper - chopped shopping list
- 1/8 tsp oregano shopping list
- -------------------------------------------- shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 1 1/3 Cup pre cooked rice shopping list
- 1 Cup water shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 12 oz tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Crust
- Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pat mixture into a 9 inch pie pan in the shape of a pie crust, flute edges.
- Filling
- Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese.
- spoon mixture into meat shell
- cover with foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- remove cover; sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake 10-15 minutes longer

This is so cool. I know it will be hot when it is done, but it will still be cool. How bout if I use mashed potatoes instead of rice. With a little brown gravy on top. I should have written that below. Aren't I a rebel?
