Sprinkle this versatile seasoning on chicken,pork,fish or beef before grilling.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1 Tbs chili powder shopping list
- 2 tsp each garlic and onion powder shopping list
- 1 Tbs kosher salt shopping list
- 1 Tbs paprika shopping list
- 1/4 c firm packed brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together and store in a jar. Makes 2/3 cups ( seasons about 4 lbs meat).
