These steaks are power packed with flavor. The paste marinade and caramelization of the meat make the tastiest steak you ever had! Topped with mustard butter and served with a loaded potato and salad you have a fabulous meal! Marinades 4-8 hours.

Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 4 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 4 rib eye steaks

Directions
  1. Make Mustard Butter by mixing first 3 ingredients and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Make a paste with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Rub paste onto the steaks, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
  4. Allow steaks to warm to room temp.
  5. Grill to desired doneness
  6. Top with mustard butter and serve
