Ingredients

How to make it

  • Make Mustard Butter by mixing first 3 ingredients and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Make a paste with the remaining ingredients.
  • Rub paste onto the steaks, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
  • Allow steaks to warm to room temp.
  • Grill to desired doneness
  • Top with mustard butter and serve

    So delicious, Lori! Thanks for this wonderful recipe. I felt like a gourmet chef :) I did broil them instead of grilling (at 450 for about 5 minutes on each side). I didn't know my beau's dad would be here for dinner and only defrosted 2 steaks, so I grilled a chicken sausage w/provolone & sun-dried tomato and spread the mustard butter on the inside of a toasted wheat bun - he liked that!
