Sounds delicious - I'm adding it to my "have to try" list. You should post your "recipe" for losing the weight, too. I'm sure there are plenty of us foodies who'd be interested. I know I am!

Joe,I got some fenugreek seeds and some ground. Which did you use in the dish? Seeds or ground?

Sitbynellie was absolutely correct! This tastes outstanding! The flavors are very Middle Eastern! I couldn't find the fenugreek seeds, but I did find the dried leaves, so I used 2 tsp. Everything else was as written! This is nice and creamy! Its on the spicy side if you use 1/2 tsp of cayenne. I may cut it down to 1/4 tsp next time, and there will definitely be a next time! I served it with oven fried potato wedges. I hope you like my photo!:)

    Joe,
If you don't mind me asking, how did you loose the weight? I could stand to loose about 50-75 lbs. myself and can't seem to find a good way to do it.

    Donnie :)

Oh... this sounds good and creamy and easy!!! I saw this in the 'I Made It' group and I'm glad I did! Maybe I'll try this with egg noodles instead of rice! I'll have to try and find the fenugreek!

Tried this last night - it was lovely! The fenugreek really is the key. (The only change required was I had to sub the cheese with soy yoghurt, as I need to avoid dairy food). It couldn't be simpler to make. Tom gave it his accolade as well and said 'you could make that again!'
Served it with the last of the Jersey Royal spuds - delightful.
    Thanks again.
    Cheers
    Susan
PS I will try to get around to posting this recipe at the 'I Made It' group.

Good Lord! Joe well done! I shall try this. You cannot have too many ways of doing chicken. My husband could eat chicken every single day, which is a good thing for me... makes my life a whole lot easier.
Thanks for posting this, I'm printing it out now!
Hope you're having a good weekend,
    All the best
