A one-pot dish that is cook and forget --we put this together ,can spend an hour or so ourside in the garden ,or whatever ,then a substantial meal is ready !

This sounds just like the way I make a beef stew-- hey were you looking over my shoulder?! Great isn't it. The long slow baking makes the meat soooo tender. And that's a benefit here-- Austrian cows are raised for milk not for meat and you can tell!
