Ingredients

1/4- pound of thin spaghetti

any oil for frying

1/4- cup powdered sugar

1/2- teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

In a large pot of boiling water, cook the spaghetti until tender.......drain well..........then toss with 1 teaspoon of oil to prevent sticking.....................

in a skillet or electric fryer....heat 1 inch of oil to 365 degrees f.

working in batches of 3- to 4 tangled strands

fry the spaghetti until golden brown

let spaghetti intertwine to form interesting shapes....lol....use your creativity ...........

drain on paper towels

set a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees f.

put fried spaghetti on a baking sheet and bake for 2-3 minutes until evenly tanned. but not dark .....................without suntan lotion lol

let cool to room temperature

mix the powdered sugar with the cinnamon ......and dust liberally on the cookies...................enjoy its different but tastes great..........
