Balsamic Marinated Chicken

I made this for dinner last night and it was a HUGE hit! Very moist, very flavorful, and will definately be in the regular rotation. A big thumbs up for taste and easy prep!
    Balsamic Marinated Chicken

I didn't get a pic, because I would have drawn back a nub had I tried to make Bryan wait...lol. But, mine looked just like Mr P's pic on the recipe page.

I made a couple of very minor changes...I used Ken's Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, because that was what I had. And, before I realized it I had added a dash or two of worcestershire, just out of habit. Other than that, it was exactly as the recipe. Marinated all day.
    OH YEAH...recipe is by sosousme

Wow this sounds so quick and easy! I love Optomistics idea of using fresh herbs if on hand and have the extra time. I think I've had this one bookmarked for a while!

I made this last week using the broiler instead of the grill. I didn't have time to marinate so just mixed everything up and brushed it onto the chicken before cooking. I used some of it cut into pieces tossed with pasta, roasted broccoli and the sauce from Fettuccine Alfredo. It was great! Sorry no pic this time.

Made this last night based on everyone's recommendation! :) It was very easy and very tasty. I used fresh chopped oregano and marinated chicken thighs (skin off) all day long. Nice and juicy. Will make again!
