Low GI/Diabetic Diet
I am mad about this diet, although I really do a variation of it. I started with the NutriSystem Diet, but then ran with the idea of eating low G.I. Both my husband and I have ...More fathers who are diabetic, so now is a citical time to eat healthy. I believe this diet is a parallel to a diabetic diet.
