How hot should the oven be when you bake this dish?

Zena: better tell them what country ham is. It ain't the paper thin stuff in the six ounce packs at the deli. It's the good stuff.

With the several recipes I have seen recently using country ham, I am going to HAVE TO order one for us - I haven't had any since we left Missouri in 1980....mmmmm, such good stuff, and this recipe with the eggs sounds absolutely perfect with the ham!! Great idea!

We'll be trying this soon! We love egg recipes (that don't involve custard).

This reads really good! I just don't think I can get country ham locally...It's on the salty side, right? I think I had it in Virginia a few years back.
