Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter in a large skillet (I use my electric skillet for this, but stove top would be fine, I'm sure).
  • Add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
  • Cook for 1 minute, then shut off electric skillet or remove pan from burner.
  • Using a large mixing spoon or spatula (coated with butter or cooking spray first), immediately stir in cereal, pretzels and nuts.
  • Stir gently to coat well, and then spread the warm mixture on a large piece of waxed paper that you have sprayed with some cooking spray.
  • When cool, break into chunks and store in covered container.

I'm afraid to make this as I may just eat the entire batch all by myself!!!
Seriously, though...it looks like a great snack mix for parties, and movie night with my family.
Really, you just have way too many tempting recipes! (and that's a good thing!)
    Thanks for sharing!!!

I just made another batch of caramel corn today and wished I had some nuts to go in it. Sprinkled salt on it instead. I'll make this the next time and will get nuts at the g-store(haha I like to go crazy once in awhile, the store seems to disapprove though)
