6 Hour Chicken

- 1 whole chicken shopping list
- 2 TBS of your favorite seasoning shopping list
- 3 TBS olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup of water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix olive oil and 2 TBS of your fav seasoning and make a marinade. Rub in between chicken skin and all over the outside.
- Pour 1 cup water in a roasting pan, then place chicken in pan.
- Bake at 250 for 6 hrs (basting every 45 minutes with pan juices) in a roasting pan uncovered.
- I got this technique from a lady who won 1st place in a chicken contest. It took me 6 months before I tried it because I thought it was a joke. This is perfect for a Sunday dinner on a cold day! I will supply pic tonight when mine is done.
