- 2 Tbsp. margarine shopping list
- 1 Large onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1 10 oz. can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2-3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- parsley for garnish shopping list
- Whole-Wheat spaghettini shopping list
- chicken version: shopping list
- 2 boneless chicken breasts or 6 large boneless thighs, cut in cubes shopping list
- Vegetarian version: shopping list
- 12 grape tomatoes, cut in half shopping list
- 2 cups spinach shopping list
- 1/2 head broccoli, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 Lrg. Yellow or red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion and garlic in margarine until golden and tender. Add Chicken (or vegetables or both) and brown on all sides 'til cooked through. Stir in the can of mushroom soup and the milk until well mixed. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Serve with a garnish of Parmesan cheese and Parsley over your Pasta.

Comfort food for sure!! I haven't had a creamy, rich dish like this in a while, so I was a happy camper :) Caiden, who doesn't like sauce on meat at all, ate this with no complaint, 2 thumbs up for that! Michael had seconds, but no surprise there ...more
