Yummy!! After reading the comments I made the following changes: Added 1 small container of peach on the bottom Greek Yogurt, 3/4 c. walnuts and 3/4 c. fresh blueberries. I also used muffin tins - both regular and mini- which cut the baking time down to about 20 minutes! Will definitely use this again!

Love this recipe.. but I change it a little because I make it in a cake pan.. so I need it more moist so I added 1/2 c sour cream and 1/4 cup extra liquid (mixed 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk + water) and SOOOO YUMMMYYYY!! It turned out fabulous!!! what a wonderful recipe!!! Thank you!

I had a couple of bananas to use up and made this today. My arm really got a workout from stirring it up! :) The only change in mine was that I only had light brown sugar in the house. Very tasty bread. Just sweet enough. I wish I had checked mine at 40 minutes or so as I think it got a little burned. Still - very yummy! Added my pictures!

I tried this yesterday as instructed. The batter was extremely thick and it fit nicely into an 8 x 4 loaf pan. It came out okay as a banana bread. I made another loaf today , using white sugar and added 1/4 cup orange juice to thin out the batter and baked it 350F instead of 400. I liked it even better this way and it was still eggless and milkless! Thank you for the recipe as I enjoy trying all kinds of banana brerads!!!

Interesting recipe, Lillian. Did you use an 8" loaf pan, by any chance? This seems a small enough batter for that. I am going to try this one, too.
