Ingredients

How to make it

  • bring to the boil quartered potatoes, and cook til just tender, remove and cool under gentle running cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • when cool, roll in a lightly seasoned flour bath or shake in a bag of flour thats been seasoned
  • pat excess flour off, and roll potatoes in the eggwash, then shake in bag that has been prepared with the breadcrumb, garlic powder
  • remove and lay on a tray lined with non stick paper, and lightly drizzle olive oil over potatoes
  • Cook til golden at 180 .c

    Very good dish, although it does need more spice in the breading or flour mix to give it some step. I'll do some experimenting next time.

    Hi tiara' yes salt n pepper is the seasoning...lol..The terminology is quite vast when you put the world into the pot and stir it a? I'm still trying to work out some of the U.S terms I've read, and when I click its like ,Yes!!!:-*

    What do you season the flour with? Or is that up to the imagination? Wonders if ground black pepper will do the trick and probably fine salt to taste.
