Spiced Drumsticks With An Out Of This World Bbq Sauce!!

- 8 drumsticks shopping list
- Seasoning: shopping list
- 1/4 cup paprika shopping list
- 2 tsp. cayenne shopping list
- 2 Tbs salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. white pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbs black pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbs garlic powder shopping list
- 2 Tbs chili powder shopping list
- 2 Tbs oregano shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- Out of this World BBQ Sauce: shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 Tbs chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp. cumin shopping list
- 1 Tbs. chile powder shopping list
- 1/3 cup malt vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 soy sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbs Chipotle in adobo (sauce only) shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all of the spices and whisk in olive oil. Coat drumsicks in mix and add to a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile Preheat grill.
- To make BBQ sauce: Heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, cumin and chile powder and saute until the onions are soft. Add malt vinegar and deglaze scraping the bottom of the saucepan. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened. Transfer to blender and blend until smooth. Put in a bowl and stir in chopped cilantro. Refrigerate until needed.
- When the drumsticks are done in the oven, place them on the hot, oiled grill for 10 to 15 minutes until they have a nice crispy skin. Remove and enjoy! Either drizzle BBQ sauce, dip or even dunk the whole thing in! Its yummy no matter what you do!
