London Broil With Peppercorn And Garlic Marinade

- 6 tbls. strong brewed coffee shopping list
- 2 tbls. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbls. extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbls. brown sugar shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tsp. whole black peppercorns, crushed (Put in small plastic bag and rolled my rolling pin over it) shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 lbs. steak of your choice (I used top round London Broil) shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl, add all ingredients except beef
- Whisk to combine
- Add to large freezer bag
- Add steak and turn to coat
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours
- Heat grill to medium high
- Remove steak from marinade and pat dry
- Lightly oil grill
- Cook steak until 125-130 degrees for medium rare
- Let steak rest 5 minutes
- Slice thinly across the grain

I finally got around to trying this. Excellent flavor! I guess that's from the coffee. I added my picture, too! More in the IMI thread that Mrpiggy started.
