UR such a pal -- wonderful recipie, and, yes, I have used it not only for pork, but for chicken and also beef! The crushed thyme leaves are a problem, tho, my H hates them. Thanks! :0)

I never know what to do with beef ribs except put store bought bbq sauce on them and broil. My daughter hates them that way, so I think I will give this a try, she very defintely might like this recipie!

Very good ribs. Came off as advertised. Plenty of juice left over to use for boiling potatoes for tomorrow.

HMmmmmmmmmm...........Beer, meat juice, french onion soup juice should make an outstanding boiling medium for my country potatoes recipe. I feel a new recipe coming on.
